Visitation/Child support

X and I divorced in ME, she failed to show for HtoH, then moved the Children in W her parents, I have not had visitation for almost 2yrs, I have pd CS to ME,she moved without updating add.,now she/husband is dening me in email,voicemail, that I can never see the children again. I have read that is Aleinatation of affection, and I could try for Custody? is this true and can I do this w/o an atty? I really want to see my kids. The kids are my #1 concern, I need help. I dont have alot of money but still want to see them. Thank you in advance.

You need to apply to the court to have her held in contempt. She should be liable for your atty fees and you should be entitled to "make-up visitation".You say you have no money for an attorney. How much are your kids worth?
