my wife and i broke our seperation agreement of six months she asked me to come home i did then she asked me to leave again and i did if we did not abide by our agreement are we still legally married

Yes, quite so, it would seem since whether or not you and your spouse

has abided by your separation agreement would have no bearing on the

current legal status of your marriage which will remain intact until properly dissolved through the entry of a final decree of divorce in a court of proper jurisdiction.
