Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia
i have been harrass with negative texts messages for over a year and half and have not responded to any of them.i know i can block her number. i want to know can i get a restraint order for her to never contact me and my family and friends ever, her texting is daily ,once a week, twenty times in one hr, early in the morning and late at night
