law suit against wife's lover

Can I successfully civil suit ($250K) against my wife's now live in boyfriend for interfering with a marriage. The man called and apologized to me abt the affair and promised to end the relationship which did not happen. Thus my attempts at marriage reconciliation and counseling failed....wife left household and kids behind �

Nope, the so-called heart balm or alienation of affection statutes which conferred such a right of action upon a jilted spouse against what might be termed a marital interloper, were excised from the Virginia Code years ago.
