Loan

I loaned somw furniture to someone and they skipped out with the items. I have found where they are now living. What ru=ights do I have in getting back my items? ANd how do I go abot it leagelly?

If these miscreants are still within the confines of the Commonwealth, then you should approach the general district court having jurisdiction over these kinds of matters(meaning where the property is located) and inform one of the clerks therein that you wish to file what's called a WARRANT IN DETINUE for the return of your rightful property, or, in the event that such property cannot be "rightfully" returned, a judgment against the wrongful distrainer of such property for its FMV (fair market value).
