Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia
Privacy violation
My sister was shopping for a car and was recommended to a dealership by a co-worker. The co-worker is married to the salesman that assisted my sister. A few days later he told his wife how much my sister made and other private info. The co-worker has made things very difficult for her at work and is extremely uncomfortable being around her.
