Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

What happens if someone sues me after a car accident I was at fault for for medical expenses, lost wages, etc. totaling $250,000 in civil court. I have no property or valuable possessions. What is she going to get if she wins and will I owe her forever?

although, yes, you may "owe her forever" or at least as long as the

judgment against you is valid and enforceable.
