Do I need to be a citizen to win a contest?
I just heard that I have won a prize for a contest which I entered in a shopping mall. Do I need to be a citizen to claim the prize? The prize in question is a car of $35,000.00.
Please advise.

No, unless that's a requirement imposed under the rules governing the contest.
