Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia
H-1B Visa Inetrview
I came to the usa on an H-4 Visa, then we applied for the green card. The green card application was in process and my application for adjustment to permanent resident status was dependent on him and submitted with his application too. Then we got divorced and i filed for H-1b Visa, i have to go to Canada from USA to get the H-1b visa stamped.
What question should i expect them to ask me? Please help
