so if i want to come back to the U.S again, I'll have to apply for a new visa? If i did apply for a new visa would they know if you've been in America before. if yes, would it make the process faster?
What makes the embassy deny you for a Visa?

Yes, and you'll most likely be expected to disclose on the visa application that information.
