Legal Question in Insurance Law in Virginia

auto injury

I was driving my daughter's car and a woman ran me off the road & I came to a sudden stop. The seatbelt injured my shoulder & I hit my knee on the bottom of the steering wheel. My daughter's auto insurance tells me that she has no medical coverage for a driver of the vehicle. Is there any way that I can sue her insurance for my pain & suffering. (I am having to take PT & no way to pay for it)??

Re: auto injury

You may wish to review your own auto insurance policy for such coverage but suing your daughter's carrier would not appear to be a viable option.
