Can i break my apartment lease when i go to basictraining and my ait traing in the military. i will be gone for 17 to 18 weeks

If your new temporary duty station is more than 35 miles distant from your current residence and you're assigned there for more than three months, the answer is, yes, you're entitled to terminate your lease without penalty. (See Va. Code Sec. 55.248.21:1)
