i have a contract with my landlord im renting to own and in the contract it says they got to let me know if they are going to take out a morgage and they didn't and they got behind on thier payment and the bank is going to forclose on the place and me my wife and 3 kids are getting screwd.after putting a new roof on the house and graoge.i just found out that they are forcloseing in Jan.
