eviction from family member home.
If a family member was living with you rent-free.
He has lived with us for 15 months and contributed very little for food. If you decide that you can no longer support him and you ask them to leave. Is there any formal procedure you must follow?

Nope, just a date certain (as a practical matter) to have his body and accessories vacated from your premises.
