Lease Renewal
Your lease expires 7/31/05 and the resident does not sign the renewal yet is still occupying the apartmnet as of 8/1/05 and pays the amount listed on the renewal paperwork. Does the acceptance of the rent payment constitute an agreement of six months or month to month?

Month to month, unless the prior lease(the renewal presumably) specifies otherwise.
