Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia
I was renting a house that when I moved in had a broken fridge. I told the landlord about it. It was worked on but the problem wasn't fixed. I ended up buying a new one myself cause I could not wait for my landlord to replace it. I left the house cause I owed back rent. Can I take the frideg with me?
