sexual harassment by landlord

Does following me around on the shop floor where I work, talking to me and standing a breath away; putting his arm around me (with no encouragement) sexual inuendos in conversation, constitute sexual harassment? My boss and a few others know I don't want to talk to him or be around him, and I don't see why he doesn't realize it.....when he talks to me I just answer with one word answers and try to ignore him and do my work, but he persists in following me around on the shop floor and talking to me. He is my landlord, and he also is the business partner of two of the men who work in/own the shop. He made the statement to my boss, as well as one other person I know of, that ''If she's going to act that way, we don't need her around here''. He doesn't have a financial, or any other interest in the business I work for, but seems to think he can sway my boss to fire me......all the while he does the above mentioned actions. What are my rights?

The legal issue in terms of establishing your claim for sexual harassment in the workplace under federal anti-discrimination law would seem to turn at least in part on whether this landlord is a bonified owner or manager or employee of this business, and, if so, then you may have a basis to file a claim for sexual harassment.
