Taking Care of a Friends House

Is there a document to cover me while I watch my friends house for a year? I don't want to be taken to court for anything she might blame me for when she gets back.

It should be up to your friend to prepare such a document wherein you would be held harmless

for whatever she wants to "give you a pass on", so to speak, during the time you're occupying her premises.
