Can I terminate a lease agreement within one week of signing it.
I just rented an apartment last week in fairfax county but when I moved in on the 1st of this month, I did not like the neighbourhood and want to leave. Do I have the option to terminate the lease?

Not unless your lease has a provision which gives you that particular option.
(The neigborhood is generally one of the items that a prospective tenant is expected to have properly checked out BEFORE he or she signs the lease.)
