Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Virginia

to late to sue and grounds to sue

My daughter had a stroke during her freshman year in college, December 2005. She got to the ER by 3pm but the doctor misdiagnosed the problem as stress and did not order a CT scan until 4:30. Sarah is partially blind and has cognitive deficits

You should arrange for a consultation for Sarah with a lawyer in the lovality where this unfortunate incident occurred who is appropriately knowledgeable and experienced in this area of medical malpractice and who is in a position to know what is considered to be the prevaling standard of acceptable care and treatment in that particular community for this particular medical condition at the time and circumstances under which it was rendered.
