Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

Manager offering to spit in food.

I work part time at Wendy's Restaurant. In December I went through the drive through window and ordered a meal. The young at the window passing me my food explained to me that the manager on duty instructed her to spit in my food. However, she told me she didn't do this. I informed management and called the customer complaint hotline being that I was off the clock and then a customer. The district manager complained to have reprimanded the manager but now he is harassing me by falsely accusing me of insubordination. I feel that he should have been fired when he threatened to defile my food. Do I have a lawsuit?

Re: Manager offering to spit in food.

Not too likely(assuming you mean a successful suit), but it would seem very probable that it's time for you to find other employment.
