I was seriously injured in a single car accident and I was thr driver of the vehicle. Can I sue my insurance company for personal injury if I only have liability insurance on this vehicle. The accident was my fault.

no. But you may have medical payments coverage which you will be entitled to regardless of fault. Contact your insurance company.
