Service of process on VA attorney general

I have a civil suit Id like to bring against the Commonwealth of Virginia. How and where do I serve the attorney general?

I would suggest that you arrange for a consultation with a Virginia attorney before proceeding further with the matter as the Commonwealth can assert sovereign immunity in its defense in most such suits.
