Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

I am wondering about the passing of herpes. I was just informed that a girl that I have slept with is trying to say that she did not know I had that. I had a discussion on the telephone with her at which time I did tell her. Since then I have stopped seeing her and now she is saying that she is going to get me because she did not know about it. I know that she was supposedly just friends with someone else that had the disease which is how the conversation was brought up. I have never been tested myself either but am assuming so because an ex of mine does have it. The girl is saying now that she is going to try to sue me and get me put in jail. I am unsure of how to handle the situation. What can I do about this?

Ignore her and it (the threats) until you're served with notice of her lawsuit. Then see a lawyer. (Neither of which has any real likelihood of actually occuring.)
