i hav a sales contract, deed of bargainin sale, & pwr of attrny all signd by 9 out of 10 heirs 4 childrn & 6 grndchildrn all 4 childrn have signd & 5 of the 6 grndchildrn 1 of the grandchildrn will not sign the house is goin up 4 tax auction 1/06 i dnt hav mch time i hav nevr filed a patition at the court i need som help on what 2 do i

hav ovr the majority of interest n the property signatures i was told to patition the court 2 give me 100% interest i dnt no what forms, what 2 say on the form whats gona happen once i fill out the form can u please explain step by step what i need 2 do 2 go ahead & close this deal thank you

I would say that you're way over your head in this matter. Better arrange to see a local attorney who understands real property and probate matters.

Unless you yourself are one of the legitimate heirs to this property and therefore have a bonified ownership interest, I know of no way that by petitioning the court under the cirumstances which you've described that you could force a sale of this property either to yourself or someone else.
