Foreclosure
I filed bankruptcy chapter 7 and i lost my home. The bank purchased the home. They took me to court to have me evicted. The judge gave me and my children 10 days. I another home but I need another week. What will happen if i am not out of the house in 10 days? Will the sheriff come and padlock me out? Is there something that i can do to make sure that we are not out in the street? The house i am moving in has to be inspected. Please get back to me and let me know what my options are.

You might want to try contacting the bank to explain your circumstances and see whether they'll give you a little more time. If not your local social services agency may be able to arrange for some temporary housing or refer you to another agency which might be able to assist you with such.
