How can I legally get out of a lease agreement? I have ask the Landlord to let me out of my lease agreement for the last two months, but she won't let me.

Unless you've been what in the law is known as "constructively evicted", forget about trying to convince the landlord to agree to early termination of your lease. It's simply not going to happen.
