Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

Private Cemetary

Would like to know our legal obligations to the Family that has ancesters buried in a private Cemetary on our property. THIS IS NOT our family. They not only want visitation, but also want to EXPAND it. Do they have the right to do this?

Do they have the right to bury people here, now?

Re: Private Cemetary

this property, including any covenants or easements which might be applicable, and advise you, accordingly.
