Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Virginia

Ultimatums

I gave a guy, I was dating at the time, seductive pictures. Since we broke up he's been using these pictures against me by threatening to send them to my father and posting them around the school I used to go to. He's using them to control me and saying things that he'll use them to get me to sleep with him. Is there anything I can do to get him to destroy these pictures? I was very dumb at the time and didn't think of the possible implications once we broke up. Can you help me?

You can go to the clerk's office(civil division)of the general district court in the jurisdiction in which you live or work and ask to file what's called a Warrant in Detinue for the return of your personal property. They will have the forms

necessary to file this particular action and may be able to offer some pointers to assist you in filing them out.

Addendum to previous answer: Make sure you also include in your demand the return of the negatives.
