Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
15 yr. old son was on probation and failed a drug test which we were told by the judge that since she had suspended 30 days of juvenile detention that anything he did wrong, he would go to detention for 30 days. He was so scared about going back to detention even though we haven't even rec'd the summons for the pre-trial that he took my car and drove it from VA to OH. He has no license or learners. I had to call the police so it was reported as a runaway in a stolen car. He went to a friends house in Zanesville, OH and the police found him there and put him in juv. detention until I could get there and pick him up. He is back home with me now so what do you think will happen to him now?
