Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
what if i was in a accident and wasgiven a ticket for improper lane change andhad witnesses to prove my innocence and the judge ignored my request for a continuence. How can I appeal that?

You should have 10 days to file your appeal for a new trial (de novo) in the circuit court from the date of the of the lower court's decision.
(You do this by going to the clerk's office of the traffic court and telling them
you want to file this appeal and then complete the paperwork that they will give you for the appeal.)
