Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia

Convicted of driving under a suspended, license revoked, what can i do?

I got a speeding ticket and a ticket for no liability insurance. I failed to go to court so they automatically found me guilty, and suspended my license for not paying my tickets. I got pulled over again for having expired decals then got two more tickets for driving under a suspended and no liability insurance. I paid off my tickets and court costs for the first two tickets and got my insurance, and had my license reinstated. When I went to court for my driving under a suspended and no liability insurance, found me guilty and on top of fines and court costs, the judge revoked my license for 90 days. Is there any way I can get a restricted license?

The time to ask for a restricted license was in court when the judge suspended it. Call the court to find out their policy on petitioning for a restricted license. It is likely you are out of luck on this one.
