Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
i have a court date november 16th 2010 for driving on suspended license. i missed my initial court date for a funeral but i have he obituary. will they give me a continuance?

If you missed your initial court date you should check to see if a show cause or a capias for your arrest was issued for missing court. That will determine what happens next.
