Re: repeatedly caught driving on supended

There really is no meaningful way to respond to this inquiry other than to urge your husband to quickly retain a defense counsel(if he hasn't already done so) who is knowledgeable and experienced in traffic law matters in the court wherein he must answer to these charges.

Re: repeatedly caught driving on supended

I have bad news and other news. First, the bad news. You will probably be sued, and your license could be suspended, for allowing someone to drive your car, who does not have a license, and who then gets in an accident without insurance.

The other news is, hubby probably won't need a ride to court on 2/22/07.
