Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

My father left his home to me and my two brothers, neither of them have any money to buy me out and I do not want the house. Is there a paper I can sign so that I am not libial for any of the taxes and give them my 1/3 of the home?

Yes, under Va. Code Sec. 64.1-196.5, you are entitled to disclaim your

interest in this property which you've inherited from your father. (A lawyer

who handles probate matters in your locality can explain further how you

go about it.)
