i was left 25% ownership in a piece of property by a will. can I force a sale to get my share? the property is also owned by my brother and sister.

Yes, you can. It is called a "partition" suit. if the property can be divided, you will get your slice of the property. If it cannot be reasonably divided (such as a house or property too small), then either the other owners must buy you out or sell it to a third party.

However, it is of course a horrible time to be selling real estate. You might also consider trying to rent it and generate income. Perhaps your siblings can use the rental income to buy you out over time.
