Irrevocable trust

If parent set up an Irrevocable Trust for one of their children now both parents are deceased and the child with the trust which was a grown man has not deceased who is entitled to the funds left in the trust, his wife since he did not have an blood children or would it go back to the brothers and sister of his family?

If this trust beneficiary is now also deceased and he passed without heirs, the trust assets would likely revert to his siblings.
