Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

I have a question about a will. My friend's father is trying to get custody of a house that was left to him, but his two sisters won't let him do anything.

Custody of a house? Perhaps, you mean the right to occupy it, or,

even assert/claim an ownership interest in the property?

In any event, you haven't provided enough relevant facts regarding the

matter to provide a reliable answer.

This father should arrange for a consultation with a local attorney who

handles probate/inheritance matters and who should be able to advise him, accordingly.
