Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia
My uncle just recently died and we are going to be inheriting some money that he had left to us. My question is what is the tax that has to be paid on them and is there a certain amount you have to reach before you have to pay taxes. Any help you can give me on this would be great.

The Virginia inheritance tax as well as the estate tax apperar to have been eliminated as of July 1, 2007.
