Legal Question in Workers Comp in Virginia

is claim accepted?

i have injured my back at work and have gone to get medical treatment. i have contacted an w c attorney. my bills are pilling up and i have to lean on my relatives to help keep me afloat. its been 2 weeks since i filed and i have not heard a thing. my attorney says it may take another 2 weeks or so. whats the real answer?

Why not give the Commission a call to check on the status of your claim (and, perhaps, help move the process along)?
