Legal Question in Workers Comp in Virginia

My husband was terminated from a position at a hospital. He just found out today that his image is being used on a poster inside the hospital. He never signed consent for this. Can he be compensated for this?

Assuming that the picture of your husband now being used on a hospital poster (apparently within the confines of the building itself) was taken during the course of his employment with the hospital, they can probably use it without his permission or compensating him for it.
