is this enough?

reported injury on date sustained june /06......in aug. 06 doctors note state, Sprain & DJD right wrist

May 08,ortho. doctors notes states mid-carpal arthritis quote, ''I think that given the relatively rare nature of the degenerative changes and it has been nearly two years since his injury, I think this is likely related to the initiating event.''

VWCC claim filed 6/08 hearing to be 12/08

In July 08 ortho. who would perform surgery stated he supported ortho. # 1's findings

I hope you filed your claim within two years of the date of the accident.

Are you just trying to obtain medical care for this injury?

If you are trying to claim compensation for this injury, then you would need reports from the doctors stating the periods of time that this injury disabled you.

If your wrist is at maximum medical improvement (MMI), then you can ask the doctors to rate your arm for permanent loss due to this injury? 10% 20% ect. and then file a claim for that percentage.

You still have to prove the injury occurred in June 2006 like you claim. You may have to produce any witnesses who witnessed the injury.
