Would like to know if the state of Virginia has a code that governs a persons right to personnal

information or documents.?

You have a right to see your file at the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission and you are entitled to copies of your medical reports under Va. Code � 65.2-604. Other than that, you will need to serve what is called "discovery" on the other side. To do this you will need to consult a knowledgeable and experienced Virginia Workers' Compensation attorney.
