Legal Question in Disability Law in Washington

discrimination

My husband has been at the same job for 5 1/2 years. HE has driven a forklift for 3 years for the first 2 years of that he was payed a different wage then all of the other drivers until he showed his boss the forms for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commision. At that time he was given a raise to the level that the other drivers make but no back pay. About 1 month ago his pay was dropped back to the previous rate without explanation. He has a speech impediment that makes him diffficult to understand. We are interested in pursuing this legally please contact us.
