Legal Question in Disability Law in Washington

My five year old daughter is being relocated to Las Vegas from Washington Sate by her mother. I have a restraining order against the mother for assaulting me in 2004 with a knife. Recently, she assaulted a live in boyfriend while on vacation to her mothers in New York City. thus she is facing criminal assault charges in Brooklyn's Kings county courts . I do not have a parenting plan although i see my daughter frequently. the mother will be leaving next week with my daughter to Nevada. Also I am not on the birth certificate but I pay child support monthly.. "And I Don't have any money for representation". What can I do to slow stabalina ie "mother" and keep her from giving custody to her mother in lui of any jail time she is facing ..... PS mother is out on bail in the matter from NYC... which state should i start in ?????...

This is not an ADA case. It is unclear whether paternity has been established, but if you are paying child support I will assume that it has been established. You should initiate a petition to establish a residential schedule in WA court. Do it now. You can also file a motion for temporary orders and serve it at the same time.
