order of protection denied/my stalker is granted why?
stanger move next door n complex, starts follow me, buying gifts, i refuse, pounds on door son handen me gift, then dad pounding on my door asking why i did not come and thank him, to inviting himself in, to puttin more on my door, newspapers for months. I write note telling him to Stop and back gifts, he goes into rage, i call police, next he calls landlord lies saying i am abusing her dog, i call him psyco, he says how would u like bullet back of your head-people know u bullet in your head. land lords does nothing. i go get order, denied. stalker, crazy man, then calls police all the time on me for no reason, police come at least 6 times, i am not beside myself, (he is torturing me) six months of this bs i try again to get o/p and i am DENIED, he tells judge 100% destrubing lies and STALKER GET THE ORDER go figure: Why??? judge a cruel as my stalker is, i knew he hated women and now i have this in a court house and will come up on all back grounds i am sunk. I am the Victum. i got raped 2 times, system (judge) and stalker. Stalker now has more ammo to love his sport and continue it with who ever or even me. Why did this happen? I can not sleep. How can I reverse all of this? I am the victum???????

You have a terrible problem, and really need the assistance of an attorney.

There are several places to try for free legal help if you cannot afford it.

Another way is to call the bar association in your county (EG, Kitsap County Bar Association) and ask how to contact their "Pro bono" volunteers.

I am assuming that you cannot or will not move.
