Legal Question in Business Law in Washington
Can the Managing Member in a Washington State LLC negotiate, and sign a PSA and then close escrow legally when there are 2 other "non-managing members" of the LLC with out their knowledge or if they have knowledge can he still do it without their consent?

Theoretically yes, but that all depends on whether the LLC has any rules that govern how it should be run. I or any other attorney would need more information to better answer this question.
