Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Washington
my son was charge with first degree malicious mischief and was granted a motion and order of dismissal with prejudice & vacation of conviction.
The dismissal was signed on 7/14/09 upon his completion of defferment.
We now need to know how to have his gun rights reinstated.
