DMV statue of limitations
About ten years ago at the age of about 22/23 I got a DUI, went to court and pled guilty and recieved 1 year probation also orderd to take a drug and alcahol evaluation and follow through what they recommended to get my licence back.Well I did goto some classes as needed or required by the agent, but as time went on I couldnt afford the classes and was kicked out becouse of it.This has happen to me two times.Anyways I can not get my licence back becouse the DMV wants the alcahol classes done, Welp like I said that was about ten years ago and I want to know if they can hold me to that indefinantly or is there a statue of limitations, if there is a statue of limitations how do I find this? to show the DMV.If there is no Statue Of limitations, is there a way to appeal the fact that they still want me to do this even though its bin so long.

They set the conditions and you didn't fulfill them. You can't now complain that because you've let it go for so long, that they should change the punishment for the crime. It doesn't work that way. Take the classes, get your license back and move on!
