Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

confused and worried

i agreed to a plea bargain and pleaded guiltyafter that i tried to sighn up for home monitoring and found out that i had a vasca charge which was supposed to be dropped over a month ago my lawyer assured me i would be able to do home monitoring since that day in court she will not return my phone calls, i dont understand i cant lose my job and home which i will if i have to go to jail for a year! What now? help
